Obituary - Annie Evelyn (Felton) Bulman

Annie Evelyn (Felton) Bulman passed away at home November 17, 2024, surrounded by 17 loved ones. There is no funeral per Annie’s request. A celebration of life will take place next summer.

Annie was born on August 18, 1945, in Havre to Donald Felton and Lillian Levine, the third of seven children. Annie lived all over Montana while growing up. Her father was a truck driver that took them all over the state. Her father’s family homestead was in the Bears Paw Mountains in the Clear Creek area. Her mother was from Sitka, Alaska, where Donald was stationed and met Lillian. Annie also said she gave her dad enough points to get out of the service. She lived most of her life in the Havre area. She met Richard “Dick” Bulman, and they married in 1966, and had 3 daughters. They were married just shy of 33 years, when Richard passed away in 1999. Eight years ago her son found her and her daughters.

Annie worked taking care of the elderly and school children of Havre and Hill county her whole adult life. She made many wonderful friends whom she cherished very much. She also remembered all her kids as well.

Annie was preceded in death by husband Richard “Dick” Paul Bulman; parents, Donald (Clara) Felton and Lillian Felton; parents-in-law, Fred Harshaw and Alice Miller-Bulman Harshaw; sisters, Lillian Sebey and  Donna Common; brother, Robert Felton; stepsister, Donna Whitney; stepbrothers-in-law, Mel Harshaw, and Vern Harshaw; brothers-in-law, John Common, Bill Weber, and Kenny Kampf;  sisters-in-law, DeeAnn Brese, and Patty Felton; and nephew, John Kampf.

Annie is survived by her children, Jeff (Paula) Drennon, Dawn (Drew) Lydick,  Alice (Dwight) Hauge, and Pattie (Jeff) Durnell; twelve grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren; sisters, Kathy (Dick) Subry, and Sally (Gerry) McAuley; brother, Steve (Fatima) Felton; sisters-in-law, Carolyn Weber, Marilyn Cline, and Sheila Harshaw; brother-in-law, Paul Sebey; stepsister, Carol Waverick; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, many cousins, and so many truly loved friends.

Annie always said, “I am not sick” until her last 5 days, when she was.
