2. RESOLUTION 3913 — A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE BUDGET IN THE GENERAL FUND (1000) OF THE CITY OF HAVRE, MONTANA.

3. RESOLUTION 3914 — A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE SUBMISSION OF USDA RURAL DEVELOPMENT EMERGENCY COMMUNITY WATER ASSISTANCE GRANT.

4. Approval of Boys and Girls Club CDBG Draw Down #4.

5. Approval of Havre Water Project RRGL Draw Down #2.

6. Approval of December Claims and Manual Warrants.
