HHS netters cruise in Sidney

The Havre High volleyball team is building momentum as the postseason draws near.

While the Ponies suffered a tough loss to Lewistown last Tuesday, they bounced right back. 

Last Friday, Havre made the long trek to Sidney for a Northeast A match against the host Eagles. In the end, Sidney was no match for the Ponies, as Havre crushed Sidney in a 3-0 conference victory.

The win improved Havre's record in conference play, ahead of Havre's trip to Blocktoberfest this weekend.

Blocktoberfest is an in-season tournament with teams from all over Montana, and will give the Ponies a chance to see some different competition before resuming league play next week.

Blocktoberfest runs Friday and Saturday in Butte. The Ponies then travel to Browning on Tuesday.
