During the month of February 2024, the City of Havre Water Treatment Plant experienced failures in filtration treatment and disinfection. On the 19th of April 2024, the City of Havre public water supply issued a boil water advisory due to a giardiasis outbreak. This boil water advisory was downgraded to a health advisory on the 29th of May 2024.
