Northern Rodeo wraps up the fall season

The Montana State University-Northern Rodeo Team wrapped up a successful fall season last weekend in Dillon. Northern competed in the Montana Western Big Sky Region Rodeo.

Brooklin Baukol finished third in the barrel racing with a 35.35 time and in the 40-point slot, while her teammate, Brittney Cox was a fourth-place barrel racer at 35.53 seconds, scoring 30 points. Former Havre Blue Pony Kyla Burchard finished third in the breakaway roping at 10.9 seconds for 40 points. She also had a sixth-place finish in goat tying with a time of 15.8 seconds, earning her team 10 points.

With the fall rodeo season over, the Lights and Skylights will continue twill get ready for the Big Sky Region spring season, which will start in April.
