• Ordinance No. 931 (second reading) – AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 5, CHAPTER 3, LICENSE FEES.

• Resolution No. 3910 - A RESOLUTION ASSESSING A SPECIAL PROPERTY TAX AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF HAVRE, MONTANA FOR FAILURE TO PAY A REASONABLE CHARGE FOR NUISANCE WEED CONTROL ON THEIR PROPERTY UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF SECTION 9-6-7 OF THE HAVRE CITY CODE.

• Confirmation of Havre Police Officer Matthew Elander.

• Approval of Boys and Girls Club CDBG Draw Down #3.

• Request by St Jude Thaddeus Home and School to close 7th Ave between 4th and 5th Street on October 12, 2024 for the annual Pumpkin Patch Festival.

• Approval of August Claims and Manual Warrants.
