The regular season is just one week away, but, before the Havre High volleyball and football teams set out to open their season, they'll give Blue Pony fans a little preview of things to come.
Saturday marks Blue/White Day at HHS as the Pony volleyball team will hold its annual Blue/White Scrimmage at the HHS gymnasium. Head coach Cassie Krueger, a former MSU-Northern star player, will have her team play several sets in a controlled scrimmage as the Ponies continue to prepare for the upcoming season.
On Saturday night, things will turn to football as veteran head coach Jake Eldridge unveils the 2024 Blue Ponies to the public with the annual Blue/White Scrimmage.
The Ponies will be a senior-laden, and talented team again this fall, and fans will be treated to a full, but controlled scrimmage on Saturday night as Havre prepares for its 2024 season-opener Aug. 30 at Hardin.
The HHS Blue/White Football Game will be held this Saturday at 7 p.m. at Blue Pony Stadium. The Blue/White Volleyball Scrimmage will take place Saturday at 11 a.m. at the HHS gymnasium.
