Officers responding to a complaint from the 1000 Block of Second Street at 3:05 p.m. that a man was "throwing stuff everywhere" issued a written or verbal warning. When a caller at 5:45 p.m. from the same location reported the same man was back and was yelling, officers arrested John Michael Segna of Havre, 34, on a charge of disorderly conduct.
