2024 Blaine County Kids Rodeo results

The Blaine County Fair features big-time rodeo, and that was the case with the Blaine County Kids Rodeo in Chinook.

Taking place at the Blaine County Fairgrounds last Saturday, over 90 contestants who ranged from age 4-19 had friendly competition in 12 different events such as arena race, steer riding, chute dogging, goat untying, goat tying, sheep riding, breakaway, flag race, barrel racing, pole bending, calf tying, and team roping.

Chute Dogging:  1st – Westen Paulsen

5-8 Goat Untying:  1st – Tipton Burcham, 2nd – Jim Pankratz, 3rd – Jordan Hanson

14-18 Goat Tying:  1st – Cassie Gibson, 2nd – Grace Buck, 3rd – Mackenzie Freeman

9-13 Goat Tying:  1st – Cayden Chapman, 2nd – Ashlyn Gibson, 3rd – Claire Buck

4-6 Sheep Riding:  1st – Tel Schmitt

14-18 Breakaway:  1st – Zoey Bruyer, 2nd – Augustus Cummings
