After receiving a report from Saddle Butte Drive at 12:14 p.m. of a stolen gun, officers issued summonses to a 10-year-old and a 12-year old, each on a charge of theft, all others, and to two 13-year-olds, each on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Officers making a motor vehicle stop on the 1000 Block of First Street at 7:52 p.m. arrested William Joe Skidmore of Havre, 43, on charges of obstructing a police officer or other public servant and resisting arrest and on four Justice or City court warrants and Take Rosemarie Jaimes of Rocky Boy, 19, on charges of third or more offense of failure to carry or produce proof of insurance.

Officers responding to a 1:33 a.m. call from the 10 Block of First Street West issued a summons to Leona Marie Chief Stick of Rocky Boy, 57, on charges of disorderly conduct, open container in the city and criminal trespass to property. She was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass to property when officers responded to a complaint at 7 a.m. from the 300 Block of First Street.

Officers serving a warrant on the 700 Block of First Street at 7:10 p.m. arrested Micheal Steven Shnoening of Havre, 39, on a state District Court warrant and on a charge of driving with a suspended for revoked driver's license.
