News you can use

Thanks for your patience and support

We have seen a lot of changes at the Havre paper in the past few months, and I want to thank our readers and all the businesses, organizations and departments in the area for their patience and support as we work through turning into a weekly instead of a daily newspaper.

It is my goal to continue to produce a high-quality paper for our area. That being said, I apologize if anything has been falling through the cracks. We are getting more and more used to doing things differently, and I hope things just keep getting better for our readers and our advertisers.

As we continue to move forward in this weekly format, I ask that you please let me know about anything going on and if we have dropped the ball on anything. Whether that be events, stories and issues or if we are dropping anything expected by our advertisers. A lot of this is new to me and I will do my best to fix anything we are missing.

People can feel free to call me at 406-265-6795. Please leave a message if I am not available, or email me at [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected], whichever seems most appropriate. I have a lot of emails to look through, but I will try to respond as quickly as I can.

As we continue working through the hiccups, we will do our best to put out the best paper we can. As part of that, we welcome any contributions from our community in the form of press releases or community photos.

Thanks for everyone’s support and patience. We will continue to work to put out a paper which keeps people informed.
