JoJo Marie Houle of Kalispell, 49, left this world March 21, 2024.

JoJo was born to James Houle and Signe Christian on June 4, 1974, in Havre, Montana.

JoJo attended most of her grade school years in Havre, Montana. She finished her schooling in Thompson Falls, living with her grandmother Jean Kato. She graduated high school in 1992. In high school, JoJo participated in cheerleading, and was a friend to all. Her love for dancing and loud music followed her throughout her whole life.

In September 2000, JoJo was blessed with her first child, son Koby. In following years, she met Benjamin Henshaw. To this union, three more beautiful blessings were born, son Kaden and twin girls Kami and Kaiya. JoJo and Ben later separated.

In life, JoJo was always a free spirit and a social butterfly. She spent many years in the restaurant and bar tending industry, which allowed her to meet and interact with new people on a regular basis. Cooking, campfires, and soap operas were some of JoJo's favorite things. She was also an animal lover at heart. She loved her kids more than anything in the world. Her smile was contagious, and her mischievous laugh will never be forgotten.

JoJo is survived by her children, Koby Houle, Kaden Henshaw, Kami Henshaw, Kaiya Henshaw; her parents James "Jim" Houle (Tammy) and Signe Christian (Bill); siblings Cody Houle and Jamie Houle and Tony Christian (Katie) and John Christian (Alexa) and their father, Frank Christian; also numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Interment will take place at Highland Cemetery in Havre, MT, June 29, 2024 at 1 p.m. A luncheon will follow at St. Jude's Parish Center.

A memorial fund in her name has been set up at Independence Bank in Havre for her four children.
