Kline appointed to state board on petroleum tanks

Kristi Kline of Kremlin was among a list of people released this week who were appointed to state boards by Gov. Greg Gianforte.

Kline, whose term will run through July 1, 2026, was appointed to the Petroleum Tank Release Compensation Board, which administers the Petroleum Tank Release Cleanup Fund which can provide assistance to people the prevent and deal with releases from underground petroleum tanks.

An experienced water quality professional, Kline serves as the source water protection specialist for Montana Rural Water Systems.
