Officers assisting another agency at 9:02 a.m. on the 100 Block of Ninth Avenue arrested Shannon Leah Wing of Havre, 49, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and probation violation.

Officers making a motor vehicle stop on Seventh Avenue at 5:42 p.m. made two arrests, but details were not provided in the dispatch log.

After receiving a report at 8:01 p. m. of a no-show to the 24/7 sobriety program, officers issued a summons to Atraeu Jacob Belcourt of Havre, 32, on a charge of criminal contempt.

Officers responding to a complaint on Third Street at 9:56 p.m. issued a summons to Tysen George Richan of Havre, 19, on a charge of purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor.

After a caller from a hospital reported at 6:14 a.m.a man becoming hostile, officers arrested Kyle Roy Cochran of Fort Belknap, 28, on charges of assault on a peace officer or judicial officer with minor or no injuries, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass to property, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest.

After receiving a complaint from 11th Avenue at 9:59 a.m., officers arrested Jennifer Dickinson of Havre, 39, on a charge of non-aggravated partner or family member assault.

After a report at 12:37 a.m. of a person trespassing on the railroad tracks, officers arrested Richard Christopher Strobel of Sugar Grove, Illinois, 27, on a charge of criminal trespass to property.

After receiving a report from Third Street at 1:02 p.m. of windows being broken, officers issued a summons to Dominique Cox of East Helena, 23, on a charge of criminal mischief or vandalism.

Officers at 1:59 p.m. investigated a report of a car jumping a curb on the 1400 Block of U.S. Highway 2 West.

After a complaint of someone not showing up for the 24/7 sobriety program, officers arrested Edwin Vernel Franklin of Havre, 63, on a charge of criminal contempt and on a Justice or City court warrant.

Deputies investigating a complaint made from the 2200 Block of Bullhook Road Southeast at 12:28 p.m. arrested Brandon Trevor Sandefer of Marshall, Illinois, on a charge of criminal trespass to property.

Deputies at the Hill Count Detention Center at 2:07 p.m. arrested Godon James Bacon of Rocky Boy, 44, on a state District Court misdemeanor warrant.

Deputies making a motor vehicle stop on the 100 Block of First Street West arrested Albert Leo Colanturo of Havre, 30, on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license; owner diving with no insurance, third or greater offense, and possession of dangerous drugs.

Firefighters responded to a report from the 600 Block of 14th Avenue at 9:46 a.m..of a gas line being hit.

Firefighters responded at 8:56 a.m. June 13 to a fire on the 1100 Block of Grant Avenue.

Firefighters responded to calls June 14 at 10:18 a.m. from Eighth Avenue and at 11:10 p.m. from Third Street West, but fires were not found at either location.

Firefighters responded to a call June 15, time not listed on the media report, to a fire on the 1900 Block of Second Street Northeast.
