Havre Middle School's Sixth-Grade Student of the Month for May is Ivan Whiteman-Grant.
Ivan is the son of Brueshana and Sunny Whiteman-Grant. He has two siblings, Ely and Brityn Whiteman-Grant.
Ivan plays the trumpet in the middle school band. Outside of school, he is involved in track. In his free time, Ivan likes to play video games and spend time with his family.
In the classroom, Ivan is a hard worker who excels in his academics. He is driven to do his best and challenges himself to do more. These attributes make him stand out as a respectable student at HMS.
In the future, Ivan plans to attend college and become a doctor.
May's Seventh-Grade Student of the Month at HMS is Tabitha Mocko.
Tabitha is the daughter of Mik and Samantha Mocko. She has five siblings.
Tabitha plays the clarinet in the middle school band. Outside of school, she enjoys drawing, painting and spending time with her family. Tabitha also loves woodworking projects.
In the classroom, Tabitha has a positive attitude and works to her fullest potential. She comes to class prepared and is always willing to help others. Her compassionate personality makes Havre Middle School a great place for everyone.
Tabitha's future goal is to continue learning and become a teacher.
Jade Tweeten is Havre Middle School's Eighth-Grade Student of the Month for May.
Jade is the daughter of Kevin and Tina Tweeten. She has three siblings, Hunter, Alexa and Zoe Tweeten.
At school, Jade is a part of the percussion section in the middle school band. Outside of school, she works at the East Side Animal Hospital. In her spare time, Jade likes to draw and create puppets.
In the classroom, Jade is a diligent worker who strives to do her best. She is responsible and dedicated to learning. Her hard work sets the standard high for other students to follow.
In the future, Jade aspires to become a baker and artist.
