Notice - Havre Schools disposing of items

Public notice

Pursuant to 20-6-604 MCA, the trustees of yer Havre Public Schools District #16A, have resolved to dispose of several items that have become abandoned, obsolete, undesirable and unsuitable for school purposes of the district.

The resolution shall became effective 14 days after this notice, May 14, 2024.

Thereafter, the Trustees shall sell or dispose of the property in the best interests of the district.

Any appeals have to be be filed prior to June 14, 2024.
