Richard James Olin-Berger of Havre, 23, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and Dale Alan Daniels of Havre, 44, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants after officers initiated investigation of suspicious activity Wednesday at 3:52 p.m. on First Street.

Tyson Rondo Gruber of Havre, 32, was arrested on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs and on a state District Court warrant when officers served the warrant Wednesday at 8:42 p.m. on Fourth Avenue.

Holley Ranee Leo of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, no vehicle insurance and expired vehicle registration after a vehicle stop on Third Avenue at 2:25 a.m. today.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
Deputies had to take no further action after a 10:05 a.m. Wednesday caller at Box Elder Schools reported receiving a threat.

Someone stopped at the sheriff's office Wednesday at 1:24 p.m. to report a burglary, and deputies opened an investigation.

Jacob James Lamere of Box Elder, 21, was served two state District Court warrants, Kaleb Emanuel Freyholtz of Hingham, 34, was served a state District Court warrant and Lindsey Marie Fox of Fargo, North Dakota, 33, was served a state District Court warrant Wednesday at 2:14 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center, where all three were being held on other charges.
