Havre Police Department

A written or verbal warning was issued after officers were asked Monday at 2:15 p.m. to assist someone on Second Avenue.

A written of verbal warning was issued after a 2:52 p.m. Monday caller on Seventh Avenue reported a dog barking all day long.

A written or verbal warning was issued after officers responded Monday at 4:45 p.m. to people throwing things out of an abandoned building on 11th Street West.

Atraeu Jacob Belcourt of Great Falls, 32, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served by officers responding to Second Street Monday at 8:18 p.m. for a suspicious 911 call in which yelling could be heard before the call was disconnected. Officers had been called to the residence at 7:43 p.m. for a disturbance that had, at the time, been resolved.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies assisted Monday at 7:58 a.m. with bailiff duty at Hill County Courthouse.

Kaleb Manuel Freyhotz of Hingham, 34, was arrested on a state District Court warrant after an 11:58 p.m. Monday transport from Rocky Boy Detention Center to Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Havre Fire Department had one fire call Monday which was a false alarm.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter list was not available this morning, but last week the shelter held two 12-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, five female cats, three male cats and a 23-week-old male kitten.

Also last week, the animal shelter held eight mixed-breed puppies between 11 weeks and 7 months old, six female and one male mixed-breed dogs, and one female German shepherd-cross dog. Additionally, five 12-week-old puppies were being housed off-site.
