Havre Police Department

A juvenile caller reported a a family disturbance at 7:16 a.m. Tuesday on Second Street, but responding officers found no further action was required.

A written or verbal warning was issued a Second Street caller reported barking dogs Tuesday at 8:24 a.m.

--

Child Protective Services filed a report with police at 9:03 a.m. Tuesday.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Tuesday 1:19 p.m. caller on First Street reported a complaint.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued for a trespasser at a Third Avenue business Tuesday at 1:41 p.m.

--

Officers provided assistance to someone who stopped at the police station Tuesday at 2:21 p.m. asking to speak with an officer.

--

A 2:37 p.m. Tuesday caller asked officers to perform a welfare check on someone on Third Street.

--

A Tuesday 2:39 p.m. caller on 10th Street West reporting a concern about medication issued to a family member was referred to another agency.

--

Officers assisted a Tuesday 3:18 p.m. caller at a First Street West business.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after a man was reported misbehaving Tuesday at 3:21 p.m. at a First Street business.

--

Officers responded to a vehicle fender bender reported at 3:35 p.m. Tuesday on First Street, but no accident report was required.

--

Officers were asked Tuesday at 4:19 p.m. to assist the county in locating a vehicle.

--

A caller at a Third Street business made a complaint at 4:40 p.m. Tuesday and officers searched for but couldn't find the individuals involved.

--

A Tuesday 4:59 p.m. caller asked officers to perform a welfare check on someone on 16th Avenue.

--

Officers assisted a Washington Avenue caller who reported Tuesday at 6:15 p.m. that a juvenile had not returned home from school.

--

Officers were asked Tuesday at 7:32 p.m. to assist Billing Police Department with a matter in the Havre area.

--

Robert Joseph Sunchild of Havre, 41, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property and Frankie Bacon of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on two Justice or City court warrants after a Third Street caller reported at 8:40 p.m. that someone had walked into the caller's house with a gun then left.

Officers searched for but couldn't locate the source of a 9:16 p.m. Tuesday noise complaint on Ninth Avenue.

--

A caller on First Street West reported at 2:30 a.m. today that they had lost their wallet somewhere.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after officers initiated investigation of suspicious activity on Fourth Avenue at 2:33 a.m. today.

--

Officers served or attempted to serve several summonses in the 24-hour reporting period.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies provided transport for Hill County Detention Center inmates at 7:12 a.m. and 8:41 a.m. Tuesday.

Deputies assisted Rocky Boy Detention Center Tuesday at 10:24 a.m.

--

Deputies provided assistance at City Court in Havre at 10:26 a.m. Tuesday.

--

Someone stopped at the sheriff's office Tuesday at 1:49 p.m. asking for assistance.

--

An 11th Street North caller asked Tuesday at 3:37 p.m. and 3:40 p.m. for assistance.

--

A Tuesday 3:58 p.m. caller reported neighbors fighting on Sixth Street North, and deputies searched for but could not locate involved parties.

--

Roger Dale Sutherland Jr. of Great Falls, 37, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at the detention center at 6:09 p.m. Tuesday.

--

A 6:16 p.m. Tuesday request for assistance in the Havre area was referred to Rocky Boy Police Department.

--

Deputies assisted Montana Highway Patrol in Box Elder at 7:42 p.m. Tuesday.

--

Deputies assisted Havre police with an investigation Tuesday at 8:43 p.m. on Third Street.

--

A 12:29 a.m. caller today reported that someone who was not given permission had picked up the caller's juvenile son.

--

Deputies served or attempted to serve several summonses in the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to one call Tuesday and one call early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held two 11-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, five female cats, three male cats and a 22-week-old male kitten.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held eight mixed-breed puppies between 10 weeks and 7 months old, six female and one male mixed-breed dogs, and one female German shepherd-cross dog. Additionally, five 11-week-old puppies were being housed off-site.
