Havre Police Department

Officers responded to a Crime Stoppers report of a woman in the area Thursday at 9:14 a.m.

A caller with the Child Abuse Hotline filed a report with Havre police at 10:14 a.m. Thursday, and a separate report was filed at 11:30 a.m.

Officers rendered assistance to someone at the fire department Thursday at 11:36 a.m.

--

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 62, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and open container after callers at 11:16 a.m. Thursday in the First Street alley and at 12:53 p.m. on First Street reported a man laying on the ground.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Second Street caller reported dogs running around a neighborhood Thursday at 1:10 p.m.

--

A caller reported Thursday at 1:35 p.m. that a window had been broken out of a vehicle on Third Street.

--

Officers were asked at 2:43 p.m. Thursday to provide a civil standby on Smithville Road.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Fourth Street caller reported Kids shouting from across the street Thursday at 4:46 p.m.

--

A hit and run crash was reported at a First Street parking lot at 5:28 p.m. Thursday.

--

John Michael Segna of Havre, 33, was issued a summons on an open container charge after a Thursday 5:46 p.m. caller reported people behind residences on Second Street.

A Havre caller reported Thursday at 6:25 p.m. that a juvenile had not come home from school.

--

Officers responding to a Thursday 6:53 p.m. report of an assault at a Third Avenue establishment separated the two people involved and the incident was resolved.

--

Officers stopped at 8:45 p.m. on Fourth Street to return some property.

--

A Thursday 9:57 p.m. caller on 10th Street reported a tool box and wagon had been stolen.

Officers responding to a Ninth Avenue complaint of loud music at 10:47 p.m. Thursday reported that the allegation was unfounded.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Fifth Street North caller made a complaint at 1:43 p.m. Thursday.

--

A 3:06 p.m. Thursday request for assistance from a person stuck in the mud on Crystal Springs Road was referred to a service agency.

--

Deputies served or attempted to serve several summonses and restraining orders in the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Thursday evening.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held two 11-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, five female cats, three male cats and a 21-week-old male kitten.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held eight mixed-breed puppies between 9 weeks and 7 months old, six female and one male mixed-breed dogs, and one female German shepherd-cross dog. Additionally, five 10-week-old puppies were being housed off-site.
