Montana Highway Patrol
Troopers responded to a Friday 4:13 a.m. crash with an injury on U.S. Highway 87 near mile marker 97, but no one was made available to provide more details.

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Saturday, six calls Sunday and four calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter
This morning the animal shelter held two 10-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, five female cats, three male cats and a 20-week-old male kitten.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held eight mixed-breed puppies between 9 weeks and 7 months old, six female and one male mixed-breed dogs, and one female German shepherd cross dog. Additionally, five 10-week-old puppies were being housed off-site.
