Havre Police Department

Lana Belgarde Saddler of Box Elder, 53, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at 8:02 a.m. Monday.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller at a First Street establishment asked Monday at 8:09 a.m. for assistance removing someone from the bathroom.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Monday 8:57 a.m. caller on Montana Avenue reported a neighbor's dog barking.

--

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at 10:16 a.m. Monday on Second Street.

A Monday 1:10 p.m. caller with an Eighth Street organization asked officers to perform a welfare check on a man behind their building. Officers searched for but could not find the individual.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller on Fifth Avenue reported three likely intoxicated men who were having trouble walking Monday at 2:23 p.m.

An 8:40 p.m. Monday caller at a Third Avenue establishment reported finding drugs.

Blaine County Sheriff's Office asked at 2:54 a.m. today for assistance with a man in custody at the hospital.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

William Joe Skidmore of Havre, 43, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Hill County Courthouse Monday at 3:05 p.m.

Bradley Lynn Perkins of Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of strangulation of a partner or family member, partner or family member assault and probation violation after an assault was reported at 5:29 p.m. Monday.

Deputies investigated a complaint at Hill County Detention Center at 5:42 p.m. Monday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held three 8-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, four female cats, two male cats and a 19-week-old male kitten.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held eight mixed-breed puppies between 7 weeks and 6 months old, three female and one male mixed-breed dogs, and one female German shepherd cross dog. Additionally, five 8-week-old puppies were being housed off-site.
