Havre Police Department

After a caller from Washington Avenue reported at 9:34 a.m. Thursday that a dog was "tangled up" in their yard, the animal was taken to the shelter.

Officers investigated a report of theft made from the 10 Block of Third Street West at 10:33 a.m. Thursday.

Officers issued a written or verbal warning after a caller from Ninth Avenue reported at 1:12 p.m. Wednesday that another dog tried to attack the caller's dog.

Officers investigated a report made at 3:37 p.m. Thurssday from Wilson Avenue that someone had opened the door of the caller's garage.

A caller from Bonine Drive reported at 6:14 p.m. Thursday that their wallet had been stolen.

--

After a caller from the Havre Skate Park reported at 8:07 p.m. Thursday a stray cat on the park, the animal was taken to the shelter.

Officers provided extra patrols requested by a caller from the 100 Block of Third Street at 11:04 p.m. Thursday.

Officers responding to a noise complaint made from a residence on Second Street at 12:21 this morning issued a written or verbal warning.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a report of vandalism made at 9:52 a.m. Thursday from U.S. Highway 2 Northwest.

Deputies at 4:54 p.m. Thursday on the 500 Block of First Street West arrested Joshua Johnson of Havre, 20, on four Justice or City court warrants.

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

Two male and three female 7-week-old mixed-breed puppies were in foster care this morning.

The shelter dog room this morning held a female 11-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male 12-week-old mixed-breed puppy, one male and one female 13-week-old mixed-breed puppies, two female 6-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a 1-year-old female shepherd, a female 1-year-old mixed-breed dog and a male 4-year-old mixed-breed god.

The shelter this morning held two male 6-week-old mixed-breed puppies and a female 1-year-old mixed-breed dog.

The shelter cat room this morning held three eight-week-old short-haired kittens of unknown gender, amale 18-week-old medium-haired kitten, a male 2-year-old short-haired cat, a female 2-year-old short-haired cat, a female 2-year-old medium-haired cat, one male and two female 3-year-old cats and a female 5-year-old short-haired cat
