Keith Webster Duncan of Havre, 38, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a noise complaint was made on Ninth Avenue at 12:39 a.m. today.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
Eleanor Ahenakew Lamere of Great Falls, 55, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after being transported from Cascade County to Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 7:22 a.m.

Wednesday at 12:51 p.m., an assault in the Havre area was reported by Adult Protective Services.

A 911 call reporting a domestic disturbance at 5:25 p.m. Wednesday was referred to Rocky Boy Police.

Deputies served or attempted to serve several summonses Wednesday.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical technicians responded to three calls Wednesday including an 8 a.m. response to a vehicle crash at 11th Street West and Wilson Avenue where three patients were seen, but none required transport.
Havre Animal Shelter
This morning the animal shelter held one cat and five kittens all of unknown gender, three male cats, four female cats and two 22-week-old kittens, one male and one female.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held nine mixed-breed puppies between 5 weeks and 6 months old, four female dogs and one male dog. Additionally, five 6-week-old puppies were being housed off-site.
