Havre Police Department

Two arrests were made by officers assisting another agency on Second Street Wednesday at 9:29 a.m. No details on charges were listed in the dispatch log, but two men named as involved parties were listed in this morning's jail roster. Kaleb Emanuel Freyholtz was being held on a 72-hour hold for probation and parole, and Tyson Rondo Gruber was being held on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and theft and on a City Court warrant.

A summons was issued after a 9:55 a.m. Wednesday caller at Havre High School reported a juvenile with a vape device.

Alexander Daine Talksdifferent of Wolf Point, 22, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at 11:14 a.m. Wednesday reported a family member on 11th Street West was involved in a domestic disturbance with their significant other.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a disturbance was reported on First Street Northeast Wednesday at 12:07 p.m.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller on Smithville Road reported Wednesday at 1:14 p.m. that a family member was trying to break down a door.

Robert James Bonavita of Havre, 41, was issued a summons on a charge of violation of a protective order at 3:35 p.m. Wednesday. Bonavita was later arrested on the charge.

Dakota Justine Blunt of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of strangulation of a partner or family member and partner or family member assault after a domestic disturbance with two people fighting was reported on First Street Northeast Wednesday at 4:16 p.m.

Officers investigated a Wednesday 5:08 p.m. report from a Havre area person who was receiving threatening messages.

A caller at 5:55 p.m. Wednesday reported a juvenile's phone was stolen off a bus.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Barbara ArvillaRose Gardipee of Rocky Boy, 31, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants after a Wednesday 1:11 p.m. transport from Rocky Boy Police Department to Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held four cats all of unknown gender, five male cats, two female 9-month-old kittens, one female cat and a 6-month-old female kitten.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held 10 mixed-breed puppies between 2 weeks and 24 weeks old, four female mixed-breed dogs and one male mixed-breed dog. Additionally, two 20-week-old puppies and one 7-week-old puppy were being housed off-site.
