Officers assisted Havre Fire Department during a fire alarm response at Havre Middle School at 6:27 a.m. Monday.

A two-vehicle crash was reported at 13th Street and Knob Road Monday at 7:42 a.m.

Meriel Rose English of Havre, 21, was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation Monday at 7:49 a.m. and the police station.

A two-vehicle crash was reported Monday at 8:14 a.m. on U.S. Highway 2 West.

A caller at a Third Street business reported a fake check Monday at 12:19 p.m.

Claudine Chiefstick of Lodge Pole, 60, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a First Street business reported a possibly intoxicated person behind the building at 12:32 p.m. Monday.

Elmo Francis Bailey Jr. of Havre, 58, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served Monday at 12:51 p.m. on Second Street.

A written or verbal warning was issued at 1:30 p.m. Monday for multiple dogs running loose.

Isaiah Ross Bigday of Havre, 33, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a Third Avenue business reported a man passed out in the alley Monday at 2:41 p.m.

A Havre caller asked Monday at 5:03 p.m. to speak with officers about a previous incident.

Taira Charnae Molina of Havre, 23, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller reported a domestic disturbance in progress Monday at 6:43 p.m. on 10th Street West.

Officers assisting with a 7:10 p.m. Monday ambulance call on First Street Northeast conducted an investigation.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Monday 9:30 p.m. caller on Jefferson Avenue reported a neighbor cussing at and harassing the caller.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller on 11th Street reported a missing 15-year-old boy Monday at 9:35 p.m.

Malcolm David Mitchell of Havre, 26, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and expired vehicle registration after a vehicle stop on 12th Avenue at 1:59 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Roberta Lynn Bigknife of Box Elder, 54, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and two state District Court warrants while deputies were assisting at Hill County Courthouse Monday at 11:39 a.m.

Deputies assisted someone at Hill County Sheriff's Office Monday at 12:28 p.m.

A Monday 11:25 p.m. report of a vehicle getting sideswiped on U.S. Highway 87 south of the Fort Assinniboine turn off was referred to Montana Highway Patrol.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Monday.

Firefighters, accompanied by an an ambulance crew, responded to a good intent call on Second Street West at 5:43 p.m. Monday. No one was available to provide details.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held four cats all of unknown gender, two female 9-month-old kittens, one female cat, five male cats and a 6-month-old female kitten.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held 11 mixed-breed puppies between 2 weeks and 24 weeks old, one 7-month-old female Chihuahua puppy, four female mixed-breed dogs and one male mixed-breed dog. Additionally, four 20-week-old puppies and one 6-week-old puppy were being housed off-site.
