Havre Police Department

A First Street Northeast caller reported Friday at 9:19 a.m. that a 2017 Chevrolet Sonic had been stolen.

A caller on Boulevard Avenue reported Friday at 10:06 a.m. that a window had been broken with a tire iron.

A vehicle crash was reported at 12th Avenue and Eighth Street at 10:46 a.m. Friday.

A Boulevard Avenue reported Friday at 11:04 a.m. that someone had broken into a trailer, but the caller didn't know when this had happened.

A Friday 12:03 p.m. caller on Third Avenue reported that a driver had backed into the caller's vehicle.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller on Fourth Street reported at 2 p.m. Friday that a man was yelling the middle of the road.

A caller on Third Street reported a lost gun at 3:27 p.m. Friday.

Officers assisted another agency at midnight Saturday on Boulevard Avenue.

Alexander Gabriel Gardipee of Box Elder, 26, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, two counts of operating a vehicle without valid registration, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, speeding, tail light violation, open container and seat belt violation after a vehicle stop on First Street West Sunday at 12:43 a.m.

Colista Ranee Sutherland of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of DUI, resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and failure to notify owner of damage to property after a caller on 12th Avenue asked Sunday at 3:57 a.m. for assistance removing a person.

A 12th Street caller reported a downed power line Sunday at 8:19 a.m.

Officers assisted with a 9:42 a.m. Sunday medical call on Fourth Street.

A Second Street caller reported Sunday at 12:10 p.m. that their windshield wipers had been stolen.

Acoya Nathan Gopher of Box Elder, 26, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller on Third Avenue reported Sunday at 1:58 p.m. a man was walking in the road and stopping vehicles.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a Box Elder establishment at 8:46 a.m. Friday, and a second report was made at 10:26 a.m.

Josh Blake Lamere of Havre, 33, was arrested on two state District Court warrants at Friday at 9:52 a.m.

An arrest was made after a theft, forgery or fraud was reported at 12:17 p.m. Friday at a U.S. Highway 2 West business. No details on the charges were provided.

Flint Walker Blackwolf of Box Elder, 36, was arrested on a probation violation Saturday at 7:02 p.m. on Old Post Road.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Friday, four call Saturday, six calls Sunday and one call early this morning.

Firefighters responded to three calls Sunday, one to an 8:29 a.m. report of a downed power line in the alley on the 600 Block of 12th Street, where a NorthWestern Energy crew found it was a cable and the appropriate agency was notified; the second call was a 9:55 a.m. fire alarm to the 100 Block of 34th Avenue West where the alarm was triggered by burning sage; and the third call was to the 500 Block of 14th Street at 9:54 p.m. where a broiler element on an oven was found to be overheating and the oven was unplugged.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held one 9-month-old kitten and four cats all of unknown gender, one 9-month-old kitten, four female cats and four male cats.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held 11 puppies between one week and 7 months old and four female mixed-breed dogs. Additionally, four 19-week-old puppies and one 5-week-old puppy were being housed off-site.
