Havre Police Department

Jaime Lynn Windyboy of Havre, 41, was issued a summons on a theft charge after a caller at a Second Street business reported Wednesday at 9:38 a.m. having video of someone trying to use a fake $100 bill. Officers talked to Windyboy on Third Street at 4:30 p.m.

Neal Wayne Anderson of Havre, 65, was arrested on a charge of violation of a protective order after a Fifth Street caller reported a complaint at 10:36 a.m.

Gerald James Lightfoot of Havre, 56, was issued a summons on a theft charge after a caller at a First Street West business reported at 2:57 p.m. Wednesday that a man bought alcohol using a fake $20 bill.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller at a First Street West business reported a man inside the building harassing an employee at 11:24 p.m. Wednesday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies were asked at 8:59 a.m. Wednesday to provide assistance at the hospital.

Deputies were asked at 9:58 p.m. Wednesday to perform a welfare check at Havre City-County Airport.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to six calls Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held two cats, two 9-month-old kittens and three 8-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, two female cats and five male cats.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held 15 puppies between 12 weeks and 10 months old and two female mixed-breed dogs. Additionally, six 17-week-old puppies were being housed off-site.
