Danielle May Limberhand of Havre, 24, was arrested on a state District Court Warrant after a caller on Ninth Avenue asked Wednesday at 10:16 a.m. for assistance removing some people from a property.

A 10:34 a.m. Wednesday caller reported someone had hit-and-run a fence on First Street Northeast.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller near the post office reported a German shepherd-type dog was chasing people Wednesday at 12:07 p.m.

Tyler Jordan Henry of Box Elder, 36, was arrested on charges of driving without a driver's license and violation of child restraint requirements and on two Justice or City court warrants during a vehicle stop on First Street West.

A 4:04 p.m. Wednesday caller reported a vehicle crash on Bullhook Drive. Havre Police Capt. Ryan Pearson said three vehicles were involved, with two people cited, but it was a minor incident with no injuries and the vehicle towed was due to reasons not involving crash damage.

A 14-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of driving without a driver's license after a 19th Street caller reported an unknown vehicle with two flat tires in their driveway.

A caller on First Street reported Wednesday at 10:04 p.m. that someone had punched the caller in the face.

A Wednesday 10:16 p.m. caller on Fourth Street reported that an ex had come into the caller's home while it was unoccupied, cut the cord to a security camera and stole some items. The caller also reported at 4:26 a.m. today that the same person had driven by and thrown something at their vehicle then left, and officers searched for but couldn't find the person.

Jenell Rene Leo of Havre, 47, was arrested on a pick up and hold order and Thomas Jake Speakthunder of Havre, 46, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a vehicle stop at First Street and Seventh Avenue at 12:04 a.m. today.

Christie Marie Stump of Box Elder, 41, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller at a Second Street business asked at 5:11 a.m. today for assistance removing two people who were being disruptive.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
A Wednesday 5:52 p.m. report of single-vehicle crash involving a deer on U.S. Highway 2 just east of city limits was referred to Montana Highway Patrol.

Deputies responded to calls at 6:55 p.m. and 11:36 p.m. Thursday of suspicious activity on Fifth Street North where one caller said it looked like people were stealing things.

Emergency medical technicians responded to six calls Wednesday.
Havre Animal Shelter
This morning the animal shelter held two 7-month-old kittens, one 20-week-old kitten, two male cats and two female cats.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held 13 puppies between 16 weeks and 9 months old, one female mixed-breed dog, and a female and a male Rottweiler. Additionally, two puppies, ages 21 weeks and 6 months, were being housed offsite.
