Lana Wagner of Havre, 30, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, and Kiauna Lynn Sutherland of Havre, 23, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, assault and disorderly conduct, after a caller reported people fighting on Second Street at 3:49 a.m. Sunday.

Benjamyn Ironeyes of Box Elder, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, expired vehicle registration and no vehicle insurance, and Adrienne Leigh Gopher of Box Elder, 23, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a Monday 1:02 a.m. vehicle stop on First Street.

Heather Lena Marie Lamere of Havre, 29, was issued a summons on charges of resisting arrest and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a First Avenue caller reported a woman causing a disturbance at 11:04 a.m. Monday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A 9:18 a.m. Friday caller on 11th Street North reported a 2019 Black Ford Fusion SE had been stolen during the night.

Elias Paul Lamere of Box Elder, 27, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and a Justice or City court warrant after a transport from Rocky Boy Detention Center Friday at 11 a.m.

James Tino White Jr. of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served Friday at 3:05 p.m. at the detention center.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Friday at 3:11 p.m. caller on Bullhook Road Southeast reported people going through vehicles.

A Saturday 8:31 p.m. report of a non-injury vehicle crash with a deer was referred to Montana Highway Patrol.

Deputies assisted Havre Police officers at 3:58 a.m. Sunday on Second Street.

Joshua David Owens of West Glacier, 42, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served during a Sunday 8:56 p.m. vehicle stop on Main Street in Box Elder.

An arrest was made when deputies investigated suspicious activity at the dump Sunday at 9:47 p.m. No details on charges were provided in the dispatch log, but Michael George Parker of Havre, who was named as an involved party, was listed in Monday's jail roster as being held on a charge of failure to comply.

Deputies investigated a Sunday 10:35 p.m. report of a drug offense at the detention center.

--

A stolen silver 2005 Suburban was reported in Beaver Creek Park at 11:33 p.m. Sunday.

Montana Highway Patrol

Troopers responded to a Monday 3:44 a.m. report of a single-vehicle crash south of Clear Creek Road Southeast and Bullhook Road. Trooper Conor Doyle said the driver was traveling to assist a friend and was going too fast when approaching a sharp lefthand turn. Doyle said the driver turned but one wheel got caught in the ditch and the 2008 GMC Sierra left the road, flipping onto its hood and destroying a section of barbed wire fence. He said the driver and a passenger sustained minor injuries, mostly cuts and scrapes to the hands and knees.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Friday, three calls Saturday, four calls Sunday and nine calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held four kittens, 20 weeks to 7 months old, one male cat and two female cats.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held 13 puppies between 15 weeks and 9 months old, one female mixed-breed dog, and a female and a male Rottweiler. Additionally, two puppies, ages 21 weeks and 6 months, were being housed offsite.
