A Thursday 8:04 p.m. caller reported a wheel had come off their vehicle, causing the caller to run into a parked vehicle on Grant Avenue.

An 8:36 p.m. Thursday report of a person, who could barely walk and was randomly yelling while walking down Third Street, was referred to a service agency.

Brandy Leian Stimson of Havre, 24, was arrested on six Justice or City court warrants and on a charge of failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance after a vehicle stop on Second Street at 10:58 p.m. Thursday.

A Second Street caller reported at 4:47 a.m. this morning that someone had crashed into a parked vehicle outside the caller's home.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
Tristen Jace Gone of Fort Belknap, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at 11:12 a.m. Thursday on 10th Avenue, and was later served another Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center at 4:49 p.m.

Bradley Lynn Perkins of Havre, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City court served at the detention center at 4:49 p.m.

A summons was issued after deputies assisted someone at a First Street West business at 4:30 a.m. today. No details on charges were provided.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical technicians responded to seven calls Thursday and two calls early this morning.

Firefighters responded, with an ambulance crew, at 1:16 a.m. today to a fire alarm on Jefferson Avenue that turned out to be an alarm malfunction.
Havre Animal Shelter
This morning the animal shelter held four kittens, 19 weeks to 7 months old and two female cats.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held five puppies between 17 weeks and 9 months old, three female mixed-breed dogs, a female and a male Rottweiler, and a male and female shepherd. Additionally, two puppies, ages 21 weeks and 6 months, were being housed offsite.
