Havre Police Department

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 61, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and resisting arrest after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business reported an intoxicated man in the parking lot at 12:07 p.m. Wednesday.

A summons was issued after a caller on Third Street reported Wednesday at 12:21 p.m. being bit by a dog. No details on charges were provided.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller asked Wednesday at 12:50 p.m. for assistance removing a man from the caller's house.

A written or verbal warning was issued after someone stopped at the police station at 2:16 p.m. Wednesday to report their dogs had been attacked.

Konnor Andrew-Shane Brogdon of Havre, 20, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge and on two Justice or City court warrants after a 4:57 p.m. Wednesday caller on Fourth Street reported a man in the alley freaking out.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Havre area caller reported Wednesday at 8:15 p.m. being slandered on social media.

A bike theft was reported at 10:09 p.m. Wednesday on First Street.

Shannon Tyler of Havre, 36, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a vehicle stop on the Seventh Avenue viaduct at 12:37 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller in the county asked deputies at 1:25 p.m. Wednesday for assistance.

Montana Highway Patrol

Troopers responded to a 3:41 a.m. report today of a vehicle crash on Wildhorse Road near mile marker 20. Trooper Thompson said speed was a factor when the driver lost control of their vehicle, which went off the road and rolled multiple times. Thompson said the two occupants of the vehicle had minor injuries, but did not require transport to the hospital.

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Wednesday and two calls early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held four kittens, 19 weeks to 7 months old and three female cats.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held five puppies between 17 weeks and 9 months old, four female mixed-breed dogs, and a female and a male Rottweiler. Additionally, two puppies, ages 20 weeks and 6 months, were being housed offsite.
