Havre Police Department

A written or verbal warning was issued after a 10th Avenue caller reported a suspicious man walking around the area.

Lloyd Daniel Henry of Box Elder, 46, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center at 1:39 p.m. Wednesday.

Drug paraphernalia was reported Wednesday at 3:31 p.m. found at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Second Street caller asked Wednesday at 4:48 p.m. for assistance removing a transient.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

An arrest was made after a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 West at 11:01 p.m. Wednesday, but no details on charges were provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to seven calls Wednesday and two calls early this morning.

Firefighters responded to and reset a fire alarm on the 800 Block of Fourth Street at 8:47 a.m.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held four female cats, four kittens between 16 weeks and 7 months old, and two male cats.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held four female mixed-breed dogs, six puppies between 15 weeks and 9 months old, and a female and a male Rottweiler. Additionally, two puppies, ages 19-weeks and 25-weeks, were being housed offsite.
