A written or verbal warning was issued after a 12:52 p.m. Wednesday caller on First Street reported a man was still sitting behind a trash can after being asked to leave numerous times.

A Sixth Street caller reported Wednesday at at 4:27 p.m. that the caller's Social Security Number had been stolen.

Terrance James Wells of Great Falls, 40, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a caller at a Third Avenue establishment reported at 12:19 a.m. today that someone was passed out by the door.

Elizabeth Rose Lara of Havre, 42, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a Second Avenue caller reported at 11:36 p.m. Wednesday that someone was intoxicated and trying to break the door and at 1:16 a.m. today that the person was back and had broken a window.
Hill County Sheriff's Office
Jennifer Ann Brockett of Havre, 39, was served a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 9:01 a.m.

Lloyd Daniel Henry of Box Elder, 51, was served a state District Court warrant at the detention center at 12:01 p.m. Wednesday.

An arrest was made after a 12:08 p.m. Wednesday caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a theft. No details on the charges were provided in the dispatch log, but Martin James Koop, who was named as an involved party, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on three charges of theft.

Emergency medical technicians responded to four call Wednesday.
Havre Animal Shelter
This morning the animal shelter held two 6-month-old kittens and two 15-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, four female cats, 10 kittens between 14 weeks and 6 months old, and two male cats.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held four female mixed-breed dogs, 15 puppies between 14 weeks and 6 months old, a female and a male Rottweiler, and a female German shepherd. Additionally, two puppies, ages 17-weeks and 23-weeks, were being housed offsite.
