Havre Police Department

Jasmin Rose LaForge of Havre, 28, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served on First Street Monday at 8:27 a.m.

A Second Street caller reported someone violating conditions of their release Monday at 9:43 a.m.

A Monday 12:48 p.m. caller at a First Street West establishment reported finding a bag of drugs.

A caller with Havre Area Chamber of Commerce reported counterfeit Chamber gift certificates at 1 p.m. Monday and a second caller in Havre made a report at 5:50 p.m. See the Page 1 article for more information.

A hit and run crash was reported Monday at 2:44 p.m. at a Montana State University-Northern residence hall.

Leslie Dawn Parisian of Hays, 23, was arrested or issued a summons and Mona Crystal Ameline is listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on a warrant out of Great Falls after a caller at a First Street business reported a theft Monday at 2:54 p.m. Havre Police dispatch said the report on this incident hadn't been filed yet so no further details on charges were available by print deadline.

A caller on the west end of Havre reported a stolen track hoe at 3:05 p.m. Monday.

Guy Ray Small Sr. of Box Elder, 43, was arrested after a Monday 4:33 p.m. caller reported a shoplifter was detained at a First Street business. This morning's jail roster lists Small as being held on a City Court warrant and a charge of theft.

A 14-year-old Havre boy was issued a summons on a charge of partner of family member assault after domestic disturbance was reported by a Monday 8:35 p.m. caller at the hospital.

Officers responded to an Urgency Response call at 9:36 p.m. Monday to assist someone on Wilson Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Zayne Matthew Collins of Havre, 30, was issued a summons on charges of theft and forgery after two callers reported a theft, forgery or fraud at 8:40 a.m. Monday on Third Street North.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at 2:03 p.m. Monday on 13th Street Southeast.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to six calls Monday and three calls early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held four 6-month-old kittens, two 15-week-old kittens and one cat all of unknown gender, four female cats, eight kittens between 14 weeks and 6 months old, and one male cat.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held four female mixed-breed dogs, seven puppies between 14 weeks and 6 months old, a female and a male Rottweiler, and a female German shepherd. Additionally, two puppies, ages 17-weeks and 22-weeks, were being housed offsite.
