Havre Police Department

A 7:07 a.m. Thursday caller on Third Avenue reported finding a credit card while out walking. Havre Police staff attempted to find the owner then destroyed the card.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller reported a noise complaint on Ninth Avenue.

A vehicle crash was reported Thursday at 10:52 a.m. at the hospital where the driver of a tall camper went through the passage at the emergency room.

Fabian Joel Saddler Jr. of Rocky Boy, 24, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a 12:17 a.m. Friday vehicle stop on Second Street.

Kolby Wade Finchum of Havre, 26, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller at 3:53 a.m. Friday reported family members were having a domestic disturbance.

An 11:18 a.m. Friday caller reported finding an elderly woman in the middle of First Street. The caller had stopped and helped the woman to a parking lot.

Officers responded to a Friday 12:29 p.m. report from a caller who said it sounded a female neighbor on First Street Northeast was being beaten up. The incident was resolved peacefully.

A Friday 12:58 p.m. request for someone to perform a welfare check on someone on Second Street who was supposed to be receiving food was referred to another agency.

A report of a sex offense was referred by Child Protective Services to Havre Police at 5:07 p.m. Friday.

A caller at a First Street business reported Friday at 6:26 p.m. that a man stole three packs of cigarettes.

Juanita Lucia Recio of Havre, 31, was arrested on seven Justice or City court warrants after a Friday 6:31 p.m. caller reported two suspicious vehicles on Fifth Avenue.

A 3:19 a.m. Saturday report of a domestic disturbance on Ike Avenue was resolved peacefully.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller at a First Street business reported two men were trying to get into a the building Saturday at 3:22 p.m.

A complaint from a Seventh Avenue caller, asking Saturday at 3:45 p.m. for assistance removing a family member, was resolved peacefully.

Christopher James Comp of Havre, 63, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving after a two-vehicle crash was reported at 4:36 p.m. Saturday at Main Street and Third Avenue.

A two-vehicle crash at First Street and First Avenue was reported Saturday at 4:58 p.m.

Konnor Andrew-Shane Brogdon of Havre, 20, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller at an 11th Street West business reported Saturday at 8:53 p.m. that a man was repeatedly trespassing.

Nichole Lee Gregori of Havre, 34, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show reported at 8:04 a.m. Sunday.

Officers on Ninth Avenue assisted callers, including Blaine County Sheriff's Office, looking for a stolen vehicle Sunday at 10:01 a.m.

Thomas James Jones of Havre, 38, was issued a summons on a trespass to property charge after a caller at a First Street business reported a trespasser at 10:17 a.m. Sunday.

A vehicle crash was reported on Eighth Street at 1:14 p.m. Sunday.

A caller at Hill County Sheriff's Office reported Sunday at 4:07 p.m. finding a dog that the Havre Animal Control officer had been looking for.

Fred Nashookpuk of Havre, 38, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a 5:50 p.m. Sunday caller reported a man passed out in the First Street alley and a First Street Northeast caller asked at 5:55 p.m. for assistance.

A stolen vehicle was recovered Sunday at 8:52 p.m. on McKinley Avenue.

--

Bradley Lynn Perkins of Havre, 24, was arrested on a pick up and hold order and four Justice or City court orders, and Eryn Callie Ferguson of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on five Justice or City court warrants served on First Street at 10:35 p.m. Sunday.

Someone stopped at the police station Sunday at 11:44 p.m. to report an assault.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies were asked Thursday at 11:58 a.m. to assist another agency on Second Street West.

A burglary was reported in Box Elder Thursday at 12:05 p.m.

--

Two large aggressive black dogs were reported on Fifth Avenue North at 2:49 p.m. Thursday.

--

A vehicle crash that caved in the wall of a building on U.S. Highway 2 West was referred to Montana Highway Patrol Thursday at 3:39 p.m.

A Thursday 7:33 p.m. caller in Rudyard reported hearing gun shots, and deputies searched the area but were unable to locate the source.

Craig Orland Bahr of Great Falls, 53, was arrested on charges of failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and no driver's license and on two Justice or City court warrants during a vehicle stop in Box Elder Thursday at 10:30 p.m. A second arrest was made or summons issued, but no details on charges were provided.

Jon Arthur Sonju of Fallon, Nevada, 23, was issued a summons on charges of violation of a protective order and obscene phone call after someone stopped at the sheriff's office Friday at 8:48 p.m. to ask deputies for assistance.

A hit and run crash reported on Third Street North Sunday at 9:54 a.m. was referred to Montana Highway Patrol.

--

Deputies initiated an investigation during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 87 at 12:32 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Thursday, three calls Friday, four calls Saturday, four calls Sunday and one call early this morning.

Firefighters, along with an ambulance, responded a vehicle crash on the 100 Block of First Street at 5 p.m. Saturday. Fire Chief Nathan Courtnage said four patients were seen, but no one required transport.

Firefighters, along with an ambulance, responded Saturday at 6:24 p.m., Courtnage said, to a fire alarm on the 10 Block of Third Street where heat from cooking had set off a fire alarm, which was then reset.

Firefighters, along with an ambulance, responded at 7:12 p.m. Saturday to the 800 Block of Second Street where a fire had started in a cigaret disposal can and had burned itself out before arrival of the truck, Courtnage said.

Firefighters, along with an ambulance, were called Sunday at 1:16 p.m. to a vehicle crash on the 700 Block of 12th Avenue where one patient was seen but did not require transport, Courtnage said.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held four 6-month-old kittens, two 14-week-old kittens and one cat all of unknown gender, four female cats, eight kittens between 14 weeks and 6 months old, and one male cat.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held four female mixed-breed dogs, seven puppies between 14 weeks and 6 months old, a male and a female Rottweiler, and a female German shepherd. Additionally, two puppies, ages 17-weeks and 22-weeks, were being housed offsite.
