Havre Police Department

Michael Robert-Louis Belcourt of Havre, 34, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants after a juvenile reported their parents fighting Friday at 8:11 a.m. on Second Street.

Someone stopped at the police station Friday at 8:44 a.m. asking to speak with an officer about a theft, forgery or fraud.

A caller at a First Street business reported at 10:52 a.m. Friday that a man was trying to kick in a door.

--

A 14-year-old Havre boy was issued a summons on a theft charge after a theft was reported on Seventh Street at 2:27 p.m. Friday.

--

A hit and run crash was reported Friday at 7:17 p.m. at a First Street establishment.

--

A 1:14 a.m. Saturday caller at a First Street establishment reported that a woman threw her drink on the caller.

--

A pursuit was reported on Second Street at 8:37 a.m. Saturday.

--

Someone stopped at the police station Saturday at 3:32 p.m. asking to speak with an officer.

Coby John Stump of Havre, 38, was arrested on a state District Court warrant after a caller at 8:46 p.m. on Third Avenue reported that a man was yelling profanity at the caller's children who were playing outside.

Clarrissa Lynn Sanchez of Havre, 36, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct related to 7:52 a.m. Sunday call about a disturbance on Smithville Road and a 10:44 a.m. call from the hospital asking officers to give a patient a ride home.

Someone stopped at the police station Sunday at 12:47 p.m. asking to speak with an officer about an assault.

Jesse Lee Schoening of Havre, 34, was arrested on a state District Court warrant after officers investigated suspicious activity on Second Street at 6:50 p.m. Sunday.

--

Someone stopped at the police station Sunday at 8:04 p.m. to speak with an officer.

Clarrissa Lynn Sanchez of Havre, 36, was arrested on charges of criminal child endangerment-driving under the influence and endangering the welfare of children after a disturbance was reported on 10th Street at 1:44 a.m. today.

A 13-year-old Havre boy was issued a summons on juvenile curfew violation after a 12th Street caller reported at 2:34 a.m. today that the juvenile had snuck out of the house.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies were asked Saturday at 8:38 a.m. to assist another agency in the county.

An arrest was made after an assault was reported at a Box Elder establishment Saturday at 8:12 p.m. No details on the charges were provided.

--

Deputies assisted at a fire on Bullhook Road Southeast Sunday at 10:08 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to one call Thursday, one call Friday, four calls Saturday, three calls Sunday and one call early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a fuel spill on the 300 Block of First Avenue Saturday at 1:45 p.m. Havre Fire Chief Nathan Courtnage said the nozzle came off a pump but an employee had already dammed the area around the spill and firefighters left the scene for the employees to finish cleanup.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held two 6-month-old kittens, four 13-week-old kittens and one cat all of unknown gender, three female cats, six kittens between 13 weeks and 6 months old, and two male cats.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held three female mixed-breed dogs, five puppies between 13 and 19 weeks old, and a female German shepherd. Additionally, a female dog was being housed offsite.
