Richard Silverwhip St. Marks of Box Elder, 45, was arrested on charges of failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance and operating a vehicle without a valid registration and on three Justice or City court warrants after a vehicle stop on Main Street in Box Elder at 9:26 p.m. Tuesday.

Cody Reid Lamere of Great Falls, 28, was arrested on six Justice or City court warrants and on state District Court warrant after a Tuesday 10:26 p.m. vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 87.

Havre Animal Shelter
This morning the animal shelter held two 6-month-old kittens and one cat all of unknown gender, three female cats, three male cats, and seven kittens between 10 weeks and 6 months old.
