Havre Police Department

A Monday 11:01 a.m. caller on Fifth Avenue reported the theft of compliance monitoring equipment.

A Havre area caller asked Monday at 3:29 p.m. to speak with an officer about a sex offense.

A summons was issued after a caller at a First Street business reported a theft in progress Monday at 6:12 p.m. No details on charges were provided.

Leilani Angel Whitehorse of Box Elder, 28, was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at the police station Monday at 7:01 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Flint Walker Blackwolf of Box Elder, 36, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served at Hill County Detention Center at 4:03 p.m. Monday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to six calls Monday.

Firefighters responded to and reset a fire alarm that was accidentally triggered at 4:23 p.m. Monday on the 10 Block of 13th Street.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held six female cats, three male cats, six kittens between 10 and 13 weeks old, and one cat of unknown gender.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held five female mixed-breed dogs, nine puppies between 11 and 17 weeks old, and a female German shepherd.
