Havre Police Department

Ricky John Clark Jr. of Havre, 27, was issued a summons on a theft charge after a stolen bike was reported at Montana Avenue business Friday at 11:11 a.m. The caller also reported at 11:12 a.m. finding stolen tools.

A verbal or written warning was issued after a caller on Smithville Road reported Friday at 5:09 p.m. being harassed.

Katelynn Marie Smith of Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance and on three Justice or City court warrants, and Ryan Michael Greenough of Havre, 39, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during an 11:08 p.m. Friday vehicle stop on Third Avenue.

Trey Cole Stiffarm of Havre, 24, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after he stopped at the police station at 11:26 p.m. Friday asking to take care of the warrants.

Janene Gonzales of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of changing lanes when unsafe and aggravated driving under the influence during a 1:03 a.m. Saturday vehicle stop on Third Street.

A 14th Avenue caller reported at 8:29 a.m. Saturday that their daughter ran away during the night.

A hit and run crash was reported on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest Saturday at 11:38 a.m.

A Saturday 11:48 a.m. caller at a First Street business reported a theft had occurred the previous day.

Officers made an investigation related to a vehicle stop on Ninth Avenue at 3:07 p.m. Saturday.

A caller on 11th Street West reported at 3:23 p.m. Saturday that a black Samsung phone had been stolen.

Konnor Andrew-Shane Brogdon of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers were asked Saturday at 6:34 p.m. to assist Havre Fire Department EMTs at a call on First Street.

A Fifth Street caller reported Saturday at 10:21 p.m. finding a man in the house hiding under a bed.

Penny Jo Parker of Box Elder, 51, was arrested on charges of assault on a minor, partner or family member assault and DUI after a caller at a First Street business reported a vehicle crash at 10:40 p.m. Saturday.

Frank Runsabove of Havre, 25, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a First Street West caller at 11:19 p.m. Saturday reported a man laying on the ground, but conscious.

Terri Jean Doney of Rocky Boy, 27, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a First Street West business reported people refusing to leave Sunday at 9:32 a.m.

A written or verbal warning was issued after an aggressive dog was reported on Fifth Avenue at 10:07 a.m. Sunday.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Sunday 1:50 p.m. caller reported four juveniles trying to get into the caller's truck on Third Street.

Ne'Teya Schaly Ironroad of Harlem, 30, was arrested on a shoplifting charge and a Justice or City court warrant after a complaint was made Sunday at 2:20 p.m. at a First Street business.

A caller on U.S. Highway 2 East reported finding her stolen car Sunday at 4:18 p.m.

Officers assisted Havre Fire at a Sunday 5:31 p.m. report of a child stuck in a swing set in Patterson Park.

A Sunday 11:27 p.m. caller reported finding a scooter left in the yard on Sixth Street.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A burglary was reported at 3:15 p.m. Saturday at a U.S. Highway 2 Northeast business.

A drug offense was reported at a 34th Avenue facility Saturday at 4:40 p.m.

--

Brandy Elaine Winchell of Havre, 44, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center at 4:59 p.m. Saturday.

--

An 11:55 p.m. Saturday caller reported a burglary on Fifth Street North.

--

A caller on County Road 838 Northwest reported lost or found property at 2:35 a.m. Sunday.

--

Letisia Joy Badhawk of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant Sunday at 9:46 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Friday, eight calls Saturday and five calls Sunday.

Firefighters responded to a kitchen fire report 10:44 a.m. call to the 1200 Block of 10th Street. Havre Fire chief Nathan Courtnage said the caller had the fire out before the fire crew arrived but still wanted firefighters to check that the fire was out. A cupboard and the wall behind it were damaged in the fire.

--

Firefighters also responded to a request for assistance with a child stuck in a swing set in Patterson Park Sunday at 5:33 p.m. Courtnage said that the swing set was cut to remove the child, but the child was unhurt.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held five 10-week-old kittens, six female cats, three male cats and one cat of unknown gender.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held one 6-month-old puppy, four female dogs, and nine puppies between 9 and 16 weeks old.
