Fifth Avenue open with reduced traffic

Havre Public Works announced that Fifth Avenue is open, but is reduced down to two lanes between Sixth and Seventh streets while the street repair cures.

The block was closed to traffic for a few days while work was done to repair a broken water main.

“We will be working in the east-most lane next week to finish the repair,” Public Works said in a release. “We would like to thank you all for your patience and understanding while we get this project finished up.
