Havre Police Department

A written or verbal warning was issued after a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show was reported at 8 a.m. Monday at the police station.

A Montana Avenue caller asked Monday at 9:47 a.m. to speak with an officer about a complaint.

--

Vandalism to a bus on 11th Avenue was reported Monday at 10:33 a.m.

--

A vehicle crash was reported at 11:36 a.m. Monday on 14th Street West.

Anthony David Bonavita of Havre, 37, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence with a traffic control assist from public works on Ridge Road Monday at 1:33 p.m.

Michael John Dess of Havre, 20, was arrested on a resisting arrest charge and on two state District Court warrants and two Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a First Street establishment reported Monday at 4:54 p.m. that a man with warrants was on the premises.

A two-vehicle fender-bender, with one vehicle backing into another, was reported at a First Street business at 5:20 p.m. Monday.

Adrian Tyrell Chiefstick of Box Elder, 40, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, vandalism and trespass to property after a Monday 6:03 p.m. caller reported a man breaking into a neighbor's house on Second Street.

Killian Bryce Foursouls of Havre, 23, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and on five Justice or City court warrants, and Shalynn Rae Snell of Havre, 20, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants, after a vehicle stop on Fourth Avenue at 8:26 p.m. Monday.

Officers investigated an abandoned 911 call made at 1:32 a.m. today on 13th Street West.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported Monday at 2:56 p.m. at U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Christian Lee Morsette of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 9:26 p.m.

--

A Monday 10:46 p.m. reported of a vehicle hitting a deer was referred to Montana Highway Patrol.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Monday and one call early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held six 9-week-old kittens, six female cats, three male cats and one 7-week-old kitten.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held one 6-month-old puppy, a female pit bull, five mixed breed female dogs, 10 puppies between 9 and 25 weeks old, and a male 7-month-old puppy. Additionally, two 18-week-old puppies and one 13-week-old puppy were being housed off-site.
