Havre Police Department

A vehicle crash was reported on Second Avenue Tuesday at 7:15 a.m.

A sexual or violent offender registry violation was reported at 10:22 a.m. Tuesday at the police station.

--

A Tuesday 12:08 p.m. caller at Havre High School reported a student assaulted another student.

--

A First Street caller reported Tuesday at 12:15 p.m. that an RV had been broken into.

--

Vandalism to a garage on Third Street was reported Tuesday at 5:02 p.m.

--

Tristen Jace Gone of Havre, 24, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a theft was reported at a First Street business at 5:16 p.m. Tuesday.

A 6:23 p.m. Tuesday report that the hill on 13th Street was getting slick was referred to another agency.

--

Ascencio Rodrigo Duran of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of no driver's license, no vehicle insurance, failure to give notice of a crash, failure to stop or remain at a crash and careless driving after a vehicle stop was made on Seventh Avenue at 2:15 a.m. today and 2:16 a.m. callers at a Second Street business reported a hit and run.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Stephanie Rita Small of Havre, 40, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 1:07 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to one call Tuesday and one call early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held seven 8-week-old kittens, six female cats, three male cats and a male 11-week-old kitten.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held two 6-month-old puppies, five female dogs, 11 puppies between 8 and 24 weeks old, and a male 7-month-old puppy. Additionally, two 17-week-old puppies and one 12-week-old puppy were being housed off-site.
