Havre Police Department

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller on 14th Avenue reported Monday at 8:48 a.m. that a neighbor was raking their leaves into the street.

A Monday 11:05 a.m. report from First Street of a woman in the front seat of a car punching someone in the back seat was referred to another law enforcement agency.

--

T'Shaunna Lee Azure of Havre, 25, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants served on Third Avenue Monday at 2:51 p.m.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller on 16th Street West reported a horse was tied up in front of the caller's location at 3:03 p.m. Monday.

--

A Monday 3:51 p.m. call from someone in the Havre area about getting scammed was referred to another law enforcement agency.

--

At around 4:05 p.m. Monday two callers reported a missing 6-year-old on Center Street and a third caller reported finding a juvenile near the first caller's location.

--

Two callers reported a runaway juvenile at 5:13 p.m. Monday on 12th Street.

--

A 9:31 p.m. Monday call about sewage backing up into a house on Seventh Avenue was referred to Havre Public Works.

Stephanie Rita Small of Havre, 40, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and habitual traffic offender and on two Justice or City court warrants after a vehicle stop on Third Street Monday at 11:59 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies assisted at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 9:45 a.m.

John Conrad Rorrer-Hanson of Havre, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at the detention center at 11:19 a.m. Monday.

David Larry Sanchez Jr. of Dodson, 37, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and Tyson Jay Walker of Harlem, 25, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants, all served on 32nd Avenue Northeast Monday at 11:29 a.m.

--

Several callers Monday, starting at 6:05 p.m., reported several cows out along U.S. Highway 87 between mile markers 97-98.

--

A 911 call from Summer Hill Drive near Box Elder about a mountain lion in the neighborhood was transferred to Rocky Boy Police.

--

A caller with BNSF Railway reported a vehicle in the ditch near the commercial elevators along U.S. Highway 2 west of Fresno Road turn-off at 1:56 a.m. today. The call did not appear on the Montana Highway Patrol website, but at 2:13 a.m. Hill County Sheriff's deputies requested medical assistance for at the crash and one person was transported to the hospital.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Monday and one call early this morning. The 7:20 p.m. Monday response was accompanying firefighters to an alarm, but no fire was found.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held seven 8-week-old kittens and one 11-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, six female cats and three male cats.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held one male 6-month-old puppy, five female dogs, 11 puppies between 8 and 24 weeks old, and a male 7-month-old puppy. Additionally, two 17-week-old puppies and one 12-week-old puppy were being housed off-site.
