Jesse Lee Schoening of Havre, 34, was arrested on six Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a First Street business reported an intoxicated man in the lobby Friday at 2:17 p.m.

A Friday 2:47 p.m. caller at Hillside Trailer Court asked to speak with an officer about a trespassing incident.

A caller reported a round bale of hay was in the middle of Rudyard Road North between mile markers 6 and 7 Friday at 3:29 p.m.

--

A caller reported a kid with his hands handcuffed walking on First Street West at 5:10 p.m. Friday, but officers were unable to find him.

--

A non-injury vehicle crash was reported on First Street West at 5:13 p.m. Friday.

--

A caller at a First Street business reported Friday at 5:45 p.m. a driver had backed into the caller's vehicle.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on a minor in possession charge after multiple callers started reporting at 5:48 p.m. Friday that a female victim was trying to get away from someone who was dragging her along Monroe Avenue by her hair.

An arrest was made after a 12:15 a.m. Saturday vehicle stop on 12th Avenue. No details on the charges were provided in the dispatch log, but Triston Alexander Ehry, who was named as an involved party, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on charges of criminal endangerment, felony speeding, reckless driving, fleeing and stop sign violation. No one was made available by print deadline to provide information about this arrest.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller at a First Street West business reported someone in the parking lot selling food stamps at 12:59 a.m. Saturday.

Tracy Lee Daychild of Havre, 29, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a First Street Northeast caller reported at 5:24 a.m. Saturday that a woman had attacked a man and reported at 5:57 a.m. that the woman was again causing a disturbance.

Forrest Rainspirit Doney of Havre, 29, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation was reported at 7:55 a.m. Saturday at the police station.

An 18th Street West caller reported at 8:03 a.m. Saturday that two dogs killed the caller's cat.

Larissa Angelique Hawley of Havre, 19, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a disturbance was reported on Smithville Road Saturday at 4:48 p.m.

Officers opened an investigation after being asked Saturday at 9:32 p.m. for assistance.

Martina Marie James of Havre, 43, was arrested on five Justice or City court warrants and on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and failure to carry proof of insurance, and Stephanie Lynn Collins of Havre, 41, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a Saturday 11:58 p.m. vehicle stop on First Street.

A 9:35 a.m. Sunday caller on Sixth Street reported their church had been broken into and vandalized during the night.

A 10:23 a.m. Sunday caller at Patterson Park on 11th Avenue reported someone had spray painted the bathrooms.

Officers assisted an elderly female reported at 12:14 p.m. Sunday walking down the middle of 13th Street West.

A Fourth Street caller reported at 1:51 p.m. Sunday that a group of juveniles walking by threatened to shoot the caller's children.

A Sunday 2:27 p.m. caller on 13th Avenue reported that a man attempted to grab a female juvenile.

A vehicle crash was reported on Third Avenue Sunday at 3 p.m.

Officers assisted Havre Fire Sunday at 6:51 p.m. at a report of a fire at a First Street West business.

A caller with a bail bonds agency reported Sunday at 8:28 p.m. that they were apprehending someone with a warrant on Second Street.

A Cleveland Avenue caller reported a group of six juveniles were kicking mail boxes and taking lights from yards Sunday at 8:48 p.m.

Amber Rose Kirkaldie of Havre, 40, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller reported a woman at Second Street and 11th Avenue walking down the street punching her bags and approaching people's doors.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Cows were reported on the Beaver Creek Highway near mile marker 10 Friday at 8:24 a.m.

James Tino White of Box Elder, 31, and Kurt Allan Eagleman of Havre, 43 were each arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 10:09 a.m.

Fred Nashookpuk of Havre, 38, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a Saturday 4:16 p.m. caller reported a man passed out at Optimist Park at Boulevard Avenue and Ninth Street West.

A caller reported two horses loose in a wheat field near Rudyard Saturday at 5:25 p.m.

Byron Keith Gallagher of Havre, 19, and Xavier Charlez Butler of Havre, 18, were each arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and MIP after an 11th Street North caller made a complaint at 2:49 a.m. Sunday.

Blayke Joseph Henry of Box Elder, 28, and Ronnie Joe Henry of Box Elder, 49, were each arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a 3:01 p.m. Sunday vehicle stop in Box Elder.

A caller on Road 405 South reported two juveniles were outside with a knife Sunday at 4:06 p.m., and they were trying to get the caller to come outside.

--

Alaynna Dyanne Gray of Havre, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at the detention center Sunday at 10:58 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Friday, five calls Saturday and one call early this morning.

--

Firefighters responded to an alarm at a business on the 600 Block of First Street West where they found someone had dropped garbage near a heating element for the sauna and the garbage was producing smoke.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held eight 8-week-old kittens and one 11-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, six female cats and three male cats.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held one male 6-month-old puppy, five female dogs, 11 puppies between 8 and 24 weeks old, and a male 7-month-old puppy. Additionally, two 17-week-old puppies and one 11-week-old puppy were being housed off-site.
