Havre Police Department

Officers were asked Monday at 8:42 a.m. to assist another agency on Second Street.

Lacey Eagle Theboy of Havre, 38, was arrested on a charge of felony fugitive after a vehicle stop on First Street Monday at 9:05 a.m.

--

A theft was reported at a First Street business Monday at 11:01 a.m.

--

John Conrad Rorrer-Hanson of Havre, 30, and Cameron Michael Boggs Duran of Havre, 22, were each arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center at 11:32 a.m. Monday.

A 16th Avenue caller reported finding some suspicious items behind their shed Monday at 4:49 p.m.

Leona Marie Chiefstick of Box Elder, 56, was arrested on a theft charge after a caller at a First Street West business reported Monday at 5:27 p.m. that a woman had left the business without paying for goods and services.

Hill County Sheriff's Officer

A caller with Department of Transportation reported a theft, forgery or fraud on Beaver Creek Highway Monday at 10:08 a.m.

A caller reported a trespasser in a pasture near Box Elder, and the incident was resolved peacefully.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held four female cats and three male cats.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held six female mixed-breed dogs, seven 13-week-old puppies, a male 6-month-old puppy, a female German shepherd, a male 23-week-old puppy and a female 17-week-old puppy. Additionally, two 16-week-old puppies and one 11-week-old puppy were being housed off-site.
