A Wilson Avenue caller asked Friday at 11:14 a.m. to speak with an officer.

Joe Don Demontiney of Box Elder, 41, was arrested on charges of no driver's license, fleeing or eluding, reckless driving, stop sign violation and criminal endangerment while officers were assisting the task force at 1:44 p.m. Friday. A Saturday 3:44 p.m. report of finding a bag of cellphones on 16th Avenue which was related to this arrest. See today's page 1 for further details.

Desirea Lee Writingbird of Box Elder, 41, was arrested on charges of trespass to property, disorderly conduct, obstructinging a peace officer or other public servant and on four Justice or City court warrants after a Friday 3:02 p.m. caller at a First Street business asked for assistance with a woman who would not leave.

Gabriel Victor Pease of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller on 10th Street West reported a man was banging on doors and yelling into his phone at 8:08 p.m. Friday.

Money orders were reported stolen at a First Street West business Friday at 8:28 p.m.

Cheryl Lynn Albert of Havre, 52, was arrested on a pick up and hold order after a 10:46 p.m. Friday caller on Ninth Avenue reported seeing a woman who was supposed to have turned herself into authorities earlier in the day.

Diane Kay Lentz of Havre, 68, was arrested on charges of failure to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle, failure to give notice of a crash, driving under the influence and careless driving after Friday 11:47 p.m. callers reported a vehicle crash on Sixth Street and officers made a vehicle stop on Seventh Avenue at 12:36 a.m. Saturday.

Mason Alexander Lamebull of Havre, 22, was arrested on a charge of endangering the welfare of children and on eight Justice or City court warrants and Samantha Bea Huston of Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of children and resisting arrest after Lambull reported a disturbance involving a woman acting out at 2:42 a.m. Saturday on Lincoln Avenue.

Ivan Louis Windyboy of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and minor in possession after a Saddle Butte Drive caller reported a group of people who were in a physical fight Saturday at 6:39 a.m.

Angel Gilead of Havre, 21, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at 7:59 a.m. Saturday at the police station.

Forrest Rainspirit Doney of Havre, 21, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation reported at 8 a.m. Saturday at the police station.

A Third Street caller reported at 8:21 a.m. Saturday that window was broken out of their vehicle.

A boy at Fifth Street and Ninth Avenue reported finding a watch Saturday at 12:38 p.m.

Thane Wolfchild of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a 1:45 p.m. Saturday caller reported a man with a handgun on Second Street.

A hit and run crash was reported on First Street West at 4:49 p.m. Saturday.

--

A Saturday 5:24 p.m. caller reported finding money on First Street West.

--

A caller at a First Street business reported Saturday at 7:31 p.m. that a woman had stolen an item.

--

A Sunday 4:22 p.m. call from a First Street business about a juvenile who wanted to speak to an officer was referred to Hill County sheriff's deputies.

Larissa Angelique Hawley of Havre, 19, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a Smithville Road caller reported hearing yelling and screaming at 5:02 p.m. Sunday.

An 11-year-old boy was issued a summons on a vandalism charge after a caller in the alley behind a Second Street West business reported Sunday at 7:07 p.m. that a juvenile had thrown a rock at a truck.

Amari Love Longknife of Havre, 18, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge after calling the police station Sunday at 11:38 p.m. to turn herself in.

A First Street Northeast caller reported at 1:08 a.m. today a man was going through vehicles.

Hill County Sheriff's Officer

Deputies were asked at 1:48 p.m. Friday to assist Havre officers with a vehicle chase on U.S. Highway 2 West and they investigated suspicious activity related to this incident on 16th Avenue near the water treatment plant at 2:03 p.m. See page 1 today for further details.

Thane Wolfchild of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia at Hill County Detention Center Saturday at 2:43 p.m.

Deputies investigated a Saturday 5:51 p.m. report of a man getting treated at the hospital for shrapnel in his hand. Undersheriff Stan Martin said the incident is still under investigation.

Deputies investigated suspicious activity on the north side of the Seventh Avenue viaduct Sunday at 4:30 p.m.

Christian Daniel Takesenemy of Hardin, 26, was arrested on a federal warrant after deputies were called at 10:05 p.m. Sunday to assist another agency. See page 1 for more details.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Friday, four calls Saturday and no calls Sunday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held four female cats, five male cats and a male 9-week-old kitten.

Also this morning, the animal shelter held seven female mixed-breed dogs, seven 13-week-old puppies, a male 6-month-old puppy, a female German shepherd, a male 22-week-old puppy and a female 17-week-old puppy. Additionally, two 16-week-old puppies and one 10-week-old puppy were being housed off-site.
