Quick pics: Golfing for a Cure

Some of the members of the Havre Women's Golf Association and staff at the Northern Montana Sletten Cancer Center pose for a photograph Wednesday. The ladies of the Havre Women's Golf Association paid a visit to the Northern Montana Sletten Cancer Center and presented Northern Montana Health Care Foundation Executive Director Christen Obresley a check for $39,000., the proceeds from the association's 2023 "Golf for a Cure" golf tournament. The funds are used to provide a financial gift to folks on the Hi-Line with a cancer diagnosis. The fund, which was formed in 2016 by the association, has given out more than $130,000 to 212 individuals since its inception.
