Officers investigated a report made at 7:49 a.m. Tuesday of a two-vehicle crash on the 600 Block Fifth Avenue,

Officers issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt to Amari Love Longknife of Havre, 18, after a report of a 24/7 sobriety program violation.

Officers arrested Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 61, on a charge of disorderly conduct at 11:10 a.m. Tuesday on the 600 Block of First Street West.

After a caller reported at 5:58 p.m. Tuesday from 15th Street that a person was passed out on a boulevard, officers arrested Fred Nashookpuk of Havre, 38, on a charge of disorderly conduct.

After a caller at 2:48 this morning reported that guests at a hotel on First Street complained about people being loud in the alley, officers arrested Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 61, on charges of disorderly conduct and open container in city limits.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies issued a written or verbal warning after a caller from east of Havre reported at 1:24 p.m. Tuesday that a man was walking across his property.

After receiving a call at 1:35 p.m. Tuesday from Rudyard reporting a juvenile with a vaping device, deputies issued a summons to a 14-year old boy from Kremlin on a charge of underage tobacco possession or consumption.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the Havre Animal Shelter held four female cats, two male cats, two cats of unknown sex and two male kittens.

The shelter also held a female German shepherd, five female mixed-breed dog, two female and three male 11-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a 16-week-old female mixed-breed puppy, a 22-week-old male mixed-breed puppy and a 6-month old male mixed-breed puppy.
