Havre Police Department

Leslie Ann Felton of Havre, 50, was arrested on a pick up and hold order served on First Street Tuesday at 12:35 p.m.

A Sixth Street caller reported Tuesday at 1:10 p.m. that checks had been stolen.

A sexual or violent offender registry complaint was made at the police station at 1:27 p.m. Tuesday.

--

Two callers at a First Street business reported Tuesday at 7:07 p.m. that a woman picked up someone's wallet and left.

--

A Tuesday at 7:15 p.m. a caller reported a neighbor's apartment on Fifth Avenue had been broken into.

Wyatt Allen Gobin of Havre, 22, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants, charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and expired registration after a vehicle stop at midnight Tuesday on 10th Street.

Officers investigated possible suspicious activity on 21st Street reported at 3:02 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Officer

Leslie Ann Felton of Havre, 50, was arrested on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 4:06 p.m.

An arrest was made after officers were asked Tuesday at 4:12 p.m. to assist someone on U.S. Highway 2 Northeast. No details on charges were provided in the dispatch log, but Russell James Houle, who was named as an involved party, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on a charge of drug and alcohol treatment court violation.

Vandalism was reported on 11th Street North at 7:21 p.m. Tuesday.

Anthony Shields Jr. of Havre, 40, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault, reasonable apprehension, after a Tuesday 9:41 p.m. caller in Laredo asked for assistance.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held three cats of unknown gender, three female cats, a male 7-week-old kitten and one male cat.

Also this morning the animal shelter held a male border collie, eight female mixed-breed dogs, a male mixed-breed dog, a female German shepherd, a male 21-week-old puppy, five 10-week-old puppies, a male 6-month-old puppy and a female 15-week-old puppy. Additionally, three 19-week-old puppies and a male dog were being housed off-site.
